# Verdict SG

> Independent Singapore business rankings. We mystery-shop each firm — contacting it anonymously as a real customer — and score it against a published, weighted 100-point rubric across five criteria: Communication & Responsiveness (40%), Transparency, Expertise, Value and Service (15% each). No firm can pay to rank higher. This is currently a LIVE, IN-PROGRESS ranking, last updated 18 August 2026.
