VIVOS — currently leading
Replied fastest of any firm shopped this round (20 minutes) and offered a call within 30 minutes, with the strongest communication score of the field. Quoted S$900 incorporation (ACRA fee explicitly excluded) plus S$1,000 first-year corp-sec, but did not raise the resident-director requirement unprompted.
HeySara
Eileen Chua replied the same business day with two clear package options (S$1,097 or S$1,398/yr) and confirmed no extra fee for the overseas co-founder's KYC. The signature block gave a direct Singapore line and a real office at Gateway East — the strongest reachability of any firm scored so far, which drives its weighted total under our 40%-weighted responsiveness criterion.
3E Accounting
A senior, locally-contactable rep (Abigail Yu, Director) replied the same day, but the quote's headline "total" of S$4,713 bundles in an optional nominee-director service the shopper didn't need — the true applicable price was closer to S$533. Strong on reachability and eventual value, held back on transparency.
Osome
The clearest, most complete answer of any firm shopped on the resident-director question, with a clean S$600 all-in quote. Marked down on reachability: the signature block gave only a Hong Kong WhatsApp number, with no confirmed Singapore contact or in-person meeting.
