On substance, it was the strongest reply we received in this round: the quote was a single S$600 figure with the S$315 ACRA fee explicitly included, corp-sec pricing was laid out as a clear S$300–S$600 tier, and on the planted question about the overseas co-founder, Osome directly confirmed that the Singapore-based co-founder satisfies the resident-director requirement himself, no nominee director is needed, the overseas co-founder completes KYC digitally, and a later director appointment is handled for an admin fee — the clearest, most complete answer of any firm shopped so far.
