How Verdict SG works
We shop anonymously
Posing as a real customer, we send every firm in a category the same scripted enquiry — a request for a quote and a first consultation.
We score on a fixed rubric
Each firm earns points across five criteria, with Communication & Responsiveness weighted 40% and Transparency, Expertise, Value and Service weighted 15% each. The rubric is public and identical for everyone.
We publish everything, as it happens
Scores, quotes seen, response times and the assessment date go on the page as soon as a firm is scored — not after every firm has replied.

Why our rankings are different
Most "best of Singapore" lists are compiled from directories, self-submitted profiles or a quick scan of Google reviews. Nobody behind them has actually been a customer. Verdict SG is built on first-hand experience: a moderator goes through the buying process at each firm, keeps the evidence, and scores against the same standard every time.
